As a nutrition specialist I support you to find your own personal motivation and build your goals in order to feel better about your life. I also take into account the flexibility of eating and ones own eating habits and the behavior behind the eating. I support my clients with practical and very concrete advice and experiments which help people gain and maintain stable and permanent healthy ways of living.
The individual nutrition consultation can take place face to face or online via skype no matter where you are.
